About Us

I (Cathy) have had an interest in natural health for over 15 years, first sparked by my family's health concerns. PMS for myself, Fibromyalgia for my husband, and allergies for the whole family. The results were very visible. Friends, family and co-workers started to show an interest also, and the quest to help others to help themselves gain better health began.

I started going to classes, reading lots of books, and researching health concerns for others and selling herbs and supplements to others form a converted bedroom in our home. In 2002 I earned my Natural Health Consultant Certificate from Nature's Sunshine.

Opening this store has been a dream and goal for some time. With the help and support of family and friends it happened on January 3 2006. We stock a full line of Nature's Sunshine herbs, vitamins, and supplements
